All products and services offered for sale on this website are considered final sale and no refunds or returns are permitted. Final sale items include but are not limited to: Membership Registration, Show Registration, Clothing, and Swag.
All clothing – particularly shirts ordered for shows – are ordered as payments are received. We do not typically purchase more quantities of shirts than are pre-sold in the size and print offered during your purchase. At the sole discretion of the Board President or their designee, exchanges for other sizes are permitted ONLY when sufficient size and quantity are available on-hand and the originally purchased item is returned in exchange in the same unworn condition it was received originally by the customer.
Refunds are only permitted for physical products when at the sole responsibility of the club an incorrect product is supplied to the customer or the product is not received by the customer as detailed in the product description. In order to receive a full refund, the customer must show a printed receipt of the original item ordered as proof the item was supplied incorrectly or not supplied at all. In this case, refunds will only be made to the original payment method and only for incorrect or omitted physical product.
